Saudi Top Assembly Approves Election of 4 Board Members

Saudi Top Trading Co. announced on Wednesday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), where it was approved to elect 4 members to the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which will last for 4 calendar years starting from Dec. 23, 2024 and ending on Dec. 22, 2028. The members are:

– Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Obaid AlAjmi

– Eng. / Omar Abdullah AlKharashi

– Dr. Faisal Mansour Ali Al-Fadel

– Mr. Thamer Misfer Awad Al-Wadaei

The Company stated in a statement on “Tadawul” today that it was approved to delegate the elected Board of Directors with the authority of the Ordinary General Assembly to licence mentioned in Paragraph (1) of Article Twenty-Seven of the Companies Law, for one year from the date of approval of the General Assembly or until the end of the term of the authorized Board of Directors, whichever comes first, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the executive regulations of the Companies Law for listed joint-stock companies.
