Saudi Top Appoints Thamer Al-Wadai as Audit Committee Chairman

Saudi Top for Trading Co. announced on Monday the Board of Directors’ decision to pass the formation of the Audit Committee for the current Board session, headed by Thamer Mesfer Al-Wadai (Independent) Chairman.

According to the Company’s statement on “Tadawul”, the committee includes the membership of Saad Abdulrahman Almuhanna (from outside the Board) Member, and Youssef Musnad Al-Ghannam (Independent) Member.

It also announced the Board’s approval to form the Nominations and Remunerations Committee headed by Dr. Faisal Mansour Al Fadhel (Independent Member) Chairman of the Committee, and the membership of Mr. Abdullah Muhammad Al Ajmi (Non-Executive Member) Member of the Committee and Ms. Waad Majed Al Faouri (Member from outside the Board) Member of the Committee.
