Saudi Re Announces Resignation of Two BOD Members and Appointment of Replacements

Saudi Reinsurance Company (Saudi Re) announced on Wednesday the Board of Directors’ decision to approve the resignation of Board Member Dr Mousa Bin Akresh (independent member) from the Board and its committees and to accept the resignation of Board Member Mr Ahmed Mohammed Sabbagh (non-executive member), due to personal circumstances.
The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. Fahad Ibrahim Al Jomaih (non-executive member) to the Board of Directors and the appointment of Mr. Mohammed Turki Al Sudairy (non-executive member) to the Board of Directors, effective from Dec. 25, 2024, provided that they complete the remainder of the current Board term.
