Saudi Enaya Appoints Ibrahim Al-Buloushi as Audit Committee Chairman

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Wednesday the Board of Directors’ decision to appoint the Chairman and Members of the Audit Committee. The appointment will be effective from the decision date until the end of the Board’s term on Jan. 07, 2027. After obtaining a no-objection from the Insurance Authority, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Buloushi was appointed Chairman of the Committee – Independent Member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Kinana Al-Sharif, Committee Member – Independent Member from Outside the Board of Directors, and Mr. Mohammed Al-Qatari, Committee Member – Independent Member from Outside the Board of Directors.
