Salama Sets Trading Period for Right Issues and New Shares Subscription

Salama Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Sunday the start of rights issue trading and new shares subscribing, from Dec. 17, with the end of the rights issue trading period on Dec. 24, and the end of the new shares subscription on Dec. 29.

According to the Company, rights holders are allowed to exercise their right to subscribe “in full or in part” to the new shares within the limits of the number of rights in their portfolios, trading in rights and subscription to new shares is in accordance with what is specified in the issuance prospectus for registered shareholders and new investors.
