SABIC Agri-Nutrients announces modification in its protocol for declaration and distribution of interim dividends

In line with best practices, SABIC Agri-Nutrients announced a modification to its protocol for disclosing the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute interim dividends, subject to authorization by the Ordinary General Assembly starting from the year 2025.

Under this modification, the interim dividends announcement will be as follows:

1- The distribution of interim dividends for the first half of the year will be announced subsequent to the approval of interim financial results for the second quarter of that same year.

2- Similarly, the announcement of the interim dividend distribution for the second half of the year will be made subsequent to the approval of the annual financial results for the same year.

This step comes as part of the board of directors’ efforts to maximize shareholders’ investment value in alignment with the company’s financial performance.
