NDMC Closes December 2024 Issuance under Saudi Government SAR-Denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of December 2024 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR11.598 Billion.
The Sukuk issuance was divided into four tranches as follows:
The first tranche has a size of SAR5.585 Billion, maturing in (2027).
The second tranche has a size of SAR3.907 Billion, maturing in (2029).
The third tranche has a size of SAR706 Million, maturing in (2031).
The fourth tranche has a size of SAR1.4 Billion, maturing in (2034).
