Nayifat Approves Cash Dividend Distribution of SAR 0.5 per Share for Q2 and Q3

Nayifat Finance Co. announced on Thursday the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second and third quarters of 2024 at a value of 60 million riyals, at 5% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends is 60 million shares at 0.5 riyals per share, with the eligibility date being Dec. 31 and the distribution date being Jan. 13, 2025.

The dividends will be distributed through the Securities Depository Centre (Edaa), which will transfer the dividends to investment accounts through custodian members.
