Naqi Water Co. Appoints Dr. Obaid Al-Mutairi as Board Member

Naqi Water Company announced on Thursday that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Zaid Nehad Al-Nathir, a non-executive board member and a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, due to personal circumstances.

To fill the vacancy, the board has appointed Dr. Obaid bin Saad Al-Mutairi as a board member for the remainder of the current term. Additionally, Dr. Abdullah bin Omar Al-Husseini has been named as a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, succeeding the outgoing member.
