Meyar Assembly Approves Election of Five BOD Members

The Board of Directors of Meyar Company (Meyar) announced on Monday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), where it was approved to elect members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on Dec. 23, 2024, for four years and ends on Dec. 22, 2028, where the following members were elected:

– Mr. Abdullah Nasser Mohammed Al-Turki.

– Mr. Abdul Rahman Nasser Mohammed Al-Turki.

– Eng. Bader Nasser Mohammed Al-Turki.

– Ms. Fai Abdul Aziz Ibrahim Al-Manea.

– Mr. Ahmed Suleiman Abdullah Al-Hamdan.

It was also approved to amend the remuneration policy of the members of the Board of Directors, the pop-up committees and executive management.
