Leejam Sports General Assembly Elects Board Members and Approves Key Resolutions

Leejam Sports Company announced the results of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Session) held on Sunday, December 8, 2024, which included the election of seven Board of Directors members for a four-year term starting December 10, 2024, and ending December 9, 2028.

The elected members are:

• Ameen Fahad Abdulaziz Al-Shiddi
• Hamad Ali Al-Sagri
• Ali Hamad Al-Sagri
• Abdulelah Mohammed Al-Nemr
• Mohammed Hamad Al-Sagri
• Dr. Mohammed Faraj Al-Kinani
• Mishal Ibrahim Al-Mishari

Additional Resolutions:

• Approval to delegate the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends biannually or quarterly for the fiscal year 2024.
• Approval to authorize the newly elected Board to exercise the powers of the Ordinary General Assembly stipulated in Paragraph (1) of Article (27) of the Companies Law for one year from the General Assembly’s approval date or until the end of the Board term, whichever comes first, in accordance with the executive regulations of the Companies Law.
