Jan. 15: MEDGULF Assembly Discusses Bylaws Amendment on Capital Reduction

The Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Company (MEDGULF) announced on Monday that its the Board of Directors invited shareholders to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) scheduled to be held at (19:30) on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025.

The most prominent items on the agenda were:

– Voting on amending Article (14) of the Company’s Bylaws related to reducing capital.

Electronic voting on the Assembly’s items will begin at (01:00) in the morning on (Sunday), corresponding to Jan. 12, 2025, until the end of the Assembly’s Meeting time.
