Jan. 08: SURE Assembly Reviews Policies and Standards for BOD Membership

The Board of Directors of SURE GLOBAL TECH Company announced on Wednesday that it invited shareholders to participate and vote in the “Eighth” Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), scheduled to be held at 06:30 pm on Wednesday, Jan. 08, 2025.

Agenda:

1. Voting on amending the Nominations and Remuneration Committee’s Bylaws.

2. Voting on amending the Audit Committee’s Bylaws.

3. Voting on amending the policies, standards and procedures for membership in the Board of Directors.

4. Voting on amending the policy for remuneration for members of the Board of Directors, its committees and executive management.

5. Voting on the policy for standards and controls for a member of the Board of Directors’ competition for the company’s business or one of its branches of activities.

Electronic voting begins at one o’clock (01:00) in the morning on Saturday, Jan. 05, 2025, until the end of the meeting time.
