Jan. 02: ACWA POWER Assembly Discusses BOD Members Election

The Board of Directors of ACWA POWER announced on Thursday that it invited shareholders to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, (First Meeting) scheduled to be held at (18:30) on Thursday, Jan. 02, 2025.

Agenda:

1. Voting on the election of Board of Directors members from among the candidates for the next term, starting on Jan. 05, 2025, and its duration will be according to the result of the vote on the second item.

2. Voting on amending Article No. 18 of the Company’s Bylaws related to management.

Electronic voting on the items of the Assembly begins on Monday, Dec. 30, 2024, at one o’clock in the morning, and ends at the end of the Assembly’s Meeting time.
