Electrical Industries Co. General Assembly Elects Board Members for Upcoming Term

Electrical Industries Company (EIC) announced that its Ordinary General Assembly (first meeting) approved the election of the Board of Directors for the upcoming term, commencing on December 9, 2024, and concluding on December 8, 2028.

The elected board members are:

1. Sattam Abdulaziz AlZamil
2. Bader Brahim AlSuwailem
3. Jameel Abdullah AlMolhem
4. Faisal bin Saleh AlQuraishi
5. Tariq bin Mohammed AlTahini
6. Mahmoud bin Mohamed AlToukhi
7. Yousef bin Ali AlQuraishi
8. Fahad bin Saad AlTuwaijri
9. Eng. Khalid bin Sulaiman AlHarbi

Additionally, the assembly approved the dividend distribution policy for the next three years, effective from 2024. Further details on the policy will be shared as per the company’s disclosures.
