Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group Elects New Board Members and Approves Dividend Distribution Authority

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group announced the results of its Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first session), during which shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming term.

The elected board members are:

  1. Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib
  2. Obaid Al Rasheed
  3. Rasheed Al Rasheed
  4. Abdulrahman Al Turaigi
  5. Ibrahim Al-Jamez
  6. Saleh Al Habib
  7. Professor Abdullah Al-Herbsh
  8. Faisal Al Nassar
  9. Hesham Al Habib

Additionally, the assembly approved granting the Board of Directors the authority to distribute interim dividends to shareholders on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the year 2025.
