Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Cenomi Retail) announced on Tuesday the inauguration of 14 new Subway branches across Saudi Arabia in a single day, breaking its previous record of 12 store openings.
The expansion aligns with the company’s strategy to grow its portfolio of Tier 1 Champion Brands and meet the increasing demand for fresh, nutritious food in the Kingdom.
The new openings include eight traditional outlets located in high-traffic, prime locations and six non-traditional outlets strategically placed in hospitals, banks, universities, and government entities.
Cenomi Retail stated on Tadawul that the estimated payback period for the 14 branches is just 2.7 years, significantly outperforming the sector benchmark.
