Bank AlJazira Commences E-Voting for 67th Extraordinary General Assembly

Bank AlJazira announced on Sunday the start of electronic voting for the agenda items of its 67th Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Session). Registered shareholders can review and vote on all agenda items via the Tadawulaty e-voting platform. The voting period will remain open until the conclusion of the assembly meeting.

This follows the bank’s announcement on November 20, 2024, on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) platform, inviting shareholders to participate in the assembly. The meeting is scheduled for 7:30 PM on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, and will be held at the bank’s regional headquarters in Riyadh. Virtual participation will also be available through the Tadawulaty platform to facilitate access via modern technology.
