Baazeem Approves Election of Five Board Members

Baazeem Trading Company announced the results of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), held recently, during which shareholders approved the election of five Board of Directors members for the upcoming term. The term will commence on January 26, 2025, and conclude on January 25, 2029.

The newly elected Board members are as follows:

1. Mr. Salem Saleh Baazeem – Chairman
2. Ms. Fawziah Saleh Baazeem – Vice Chairman
3. Mr. Ahmed Saleh Baazeem – Member
4. Mr. Talat Zaky Hafez – Member
5. Mr. Mohammed Hamad Al-Fares – Member
