United Wire Factories Company (Aslak) announced on Sunday the opening of nominations for its Board of Directors for the upcoming term, which will run from April 10, 2025, to April 9, 2029.
The nomination process will comply with the Companies Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce, the Corporate Governance Regulations of the Capital Market Authority, and the Board Membership Policy approved by the General Assembly.
Interested candidates must submit their applications within the specified timeframe and in accordance with the guidelines detailed in the announcement.
The nomination period begins today, December 8, 2024, and will remain open until January 18, 2025. The election of the new board members will occur during the next General Assembly meeting, with the date to be announced at a later time.
