Apple to expand in Saudi Arabia, open online store in 2025

Apple has announced plans to expand in the Kingdom, starting with the launch of the Apple Store online in the summer of 2025. The online store will provide customers across the Kingdom with new ways to shop for the full range of Apple products, with exceptional service and support directly from Apple in Arabic for the first time ever.

The company said, according to its website, that starting in 2026, Apple will begin opening the first of many flagship Apple stores in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

,These retail stores will provide customers in the country with more ways to connect with experienced Apple team members and find the perfect products and services. As part of this expansion, Apple is in the early stages of planning for a retail store in the Diriyah area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

“We’re excited to expand here in Saudi Arabia with the launch of the Apple Store online next year, and the first of several flagship Apple Stores starting in 2026, including a popular store in the stunning Diriyah location later,” said Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO. “Our teams look forward to deepening our relationships with customers, and bringing the best of Apple to help people across this country explore their passions, build their businesses, and advance their ideas.” Apple has pledged to provide a unique service whether online, in-store, or in the Apple Store app, providing a personalized service for customers to compare and find the right product; choose from a variety of financing and payment options; and set up their new device — all with the help of Apple team members.
