AMAK Extends Letter of Intent with Power Metal Resources for 3 More Months

Almasane Alkobra Mining Co. (AMAK) announced on Monday the extension of the Letter of Intent signed with Power Metal Resources Plc for an additional 3 months (extendable), until March 09, 2025, pending the completion of the drafting of the binding agreement terms agreed upon by the parties.

The Company stated that the effect of the Letter of Intent automatically expires upon the conclusion of the agreement, or upon the expiration of the additional 3-month extension period – or any other extension thereof.
