ALMUNEEF Appoints Hamad Al-Hajri as Board Chairman and Nasser Al-Hajri as Vice Chairman

ALMUNEEF Trading, Industry, Agriculture, and Contracting Company announced on Sunday, December 15, the board’s decision to appoint Hamad bin Murshid Al-Maneef Al-Hajri as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Nasser bin Murshid Al-Maneef Al-Hajri has been appointed as Vice Chairman.

In addition, Ibrahim bin Ali Ibrahim Al-Mohsen, a board member, has been named Chairman of the Board Committee. The committee will include Muhammad Al-Dosari and Nasser Al-Hajri as members.

According to the company, Al-Mohsen brings extensive professional expertise in finance and business management. Over his career, he has held key leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board of Directors for several companies and board membership in others. His academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree from Imam Muhammad bin Saud University, a Master’s in Business Administration from the International Arab Academy for Training and Development, and a Ph.D. in Financial Grants from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
