Ali Al-Sagri Named Chairman of Leejam Sports; Hamad Al-Sagri Appointed Vice Chairman and Managing Director

Leejam Sports Company announced on Wednesday that its Board of Directors, elected by the Ordinary General Assembly, has issued a decision to appoint Mr. Ali Hamad Al-Sagri as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Hamad Ali Al-Sagri as Vice Chairman and Managing Director.

The formation of the Audit & Risk Committee was also announced, and the following were appointed as members:

– Dr. Mohammed Faraj Al-Kinani – Chairman

– Mr. Abdulaziz Abdullah Al-Hidery – Member

– Mr. Walid Abdullah Al-Zakri– Member

The Remuneration and Nomination Committee was formed from the following members:

– Mr. Mishal Ibrahim Al-Mishari – Chairman

– Mr. Ali Hamad Al-Sagri – Member

– Mr. Mohammed Hamad Al-Sagri – Member

The Executive Committee was also formed from the following members:

– Mr. Ali Hamad Al-Sagri – Chairman

– Mr. Ameen Fahad Al-Shiddi – Member

– Mr. Mohammed Hamad Al-Sagri – Member

The company’s representatives were also appointed to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), as well as a Secretary to the Board of Directors.
