Al Rajhi Bank Announces Resignation of Abdulatif Al Seif from Board of Directors and Audit Committee

Al Rajhi Bank announced on Sunday, December 15, the resignation of Abdulatif bin Ali Al Seif from his role as an Independent Board Member and member of the Audit Committee, citing personal reasons.

According to the bank’s statement on Tadawul, the resignation will take effect on December 31, 2024.

The Board of Directors expressed its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Abdulatif Al Seif for his significant efforts and active contributions during his tenure as a board member.
