Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. announced that its general assembly meeting, scheduled for November 30 via virtual platforms, was postponed due to insufficient quorum. The attendance rate for both the first and second sessions was 10.62%.
The company confirmed in a statement on Tadawul that it plans to convene a third meeting after securing approval from relevant authorities. Unlike the earlier sessions, the third meeting will proceed regardless of the number of shareholders in attendance.
