Abdullah Al-Ajmi Appointed as BOD Chairman of Saudi Top, Omar Al-Kharashi as Vice Chairman

Saudi Top Trading Company announced on Thursday the Board of Directors’ decision to appoint Mr. Abdullah Muhammad Obaid Al-Ajmi (non-executive) – Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Eng. Omar Abdullah Omar Al-Kharashi (independent) – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Eng. Nasser Ayedh Alsubaie – Secretary of the Board of Directors was also appointed, and the Company’s representatives were appointed to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Tadawul Group for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.

This comes in reference to the decision of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on Tuesday Dec. 10, 2024, in which the members of the Board of Directors were elected for its new term, which began on Dec. 23, 2024 for a period of four years ending on Dec. 22, 2028.
