Tadawul approves listing of previously listed government debt instruments worth SAR 3.41 billion

Tadawul Saudi Arabia announced its approval of the request submitted by the Ministry of Finance to list debt instruments issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from a category previously listed in accordance with the listing rules, with a total value of SAR 3.41 billion, as follows:

1. Increase in issue No. 10-01-2019 (Tadawul Code: 5274) by SAR 2.52 billion to reach SAR 22.34 billion.
2. Increase in issue No. 07-04-2024 (Tadawul Code: 5343) by SAR 433.8 million to reach SAR 21,228,708,000.
3. Increase in issue No. 12-04-2024 (Tadawul Code: 5344) by SAR 10 million to reach SAR 9.99 billion.
4. Increase in issue No. 10-01-2024 (trading code: 5338) by 137 million riyals to reach 45.74 billion riyals.
5. Increase in issue No. 15-01-2024 (trading code: 5339) by 310 million riyals to reach 11.21 billion riyals.

The increase will be included starting from Thursday 11/21/2024
