SIPCHEM BOD Approves 5% Cash Dividend for H2 2024

The Board of Directors of Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) announced on Wednesday that it decided in its meeting held on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of 2024, with a total distributed amount of 362.56 million riyals, with the share of the distribution being 0.5 riyals, and the distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share being 5%.

The Company stated in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the number of shares entitled to dividends is 725.12 million shares, and the distribution date will be Dec. 16.

The Company urges all shareholders to update their data and ensure that their bank account numbers are linked to their investment portfolios to ensure that their due dividends are deposited directly into their accounts.
