Saudi Top Co. to Hold BOD Election Vote on 10 December

Edited Body: The Board of Directors of Saudi Top Trading Company has invited shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting) scheduled for Tuesday, 10 December 2024. The meeting will be conducted through modern technology via the Tadawulati system.

During the meeting, shareholders will vote on the election of the Board of Directors for the upcoming term, which will begin on 23 December 2024 and end on 22 December 2028.

Additionally, a vote will be held to grant the newly elected Board of Directors the authority outlined in paragraph (1) of Article 27 of the Companies Law for a one-year period, starting from the date of approval by the General Assembly or until the end of the term of the delegated Board of Directors, whichever comes first. This will be in accordance with the executive regulations of the Companies Law for listed joint-stock companies.
