Saudi Budget.. 3 Scenarios for the Kingdom’s public Budget 2025

The Ministry of Finance has developed 3 possible scenarios for revenues, expenditures, and the expected deficit or surplus during the coming year 2025.

These scenarios included: The highest scenario, in which expenditures are expected to reach 1.285 trillion riyals, and revenues are expected to reach 1.235 trillion riyals, with a deficit of 50 billion riyals.

While in the basic scenario, expenditures are expected to reach 1.285 trillion riyals, and revenues are expected to reach 1.184 trillion riyals, with a deficit of 101 billion riyals.

The lowest scenario included 1.285 trillion riyals in expenditures, 1.125 trillion riyals in revenues, and 160 billion riyals in deficit.
