Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) announced on Sunday that its Board of Directors, during a meeting held on November 7, 2024, accepted the resignation of Board Member Mr. Faisal Bin Abdullah Aljudaie (independent member) from his position on the Board for the current session (June 30, 2024, to June 29, 2028). He will continue his role as a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee. The resignation was due to private reasons.
The chairman and board members expressed their gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Faisal Aljudaie for his contributions during his tenure on the Board and wished him continued success.
