Nov. 27: ADVANCED Assembly Discusses Auditor Appointment

The Board of Directors of Advanced Petrochemical Company announced on Monday that it invited shareholders to participate and vote in the 18th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), scheduled to be held at 6:30 P.M. on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2024.

Agenda:

– Voting on the appointment of the company’s auditor from among the candidates based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee; to examine, review and audit the financial statements for the first, second, third and annual quarters of the fiscal year 2025 and the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026, and to determine fees.

Electronic voting on the items of the assembly begins at 01:00 A.M. on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024, until the end of the Assembly’s Meeting time.
