Nofoth Appoints Four Members to Audit Committee
Nofoth Food Products Company announced on Sunday the Board of Directors’ decision to appoint four members to the Audit Committee, whose membership begins on Nov. 21, 2024 and ends on June 30, 2028, as follows:
– Mr. Abdulrahman Ibrahim AlHudlaq
– Mr. Rayan Omar Al-Mufda
– Mr. Abdulmalik Abdullah Al-Othaim
– Mr. Sultan Ahmed Al-Shubeily
