Nama Chemicals Co. reported a decline in net losses for the third quarter of 2024 to 48 million riyals, a 3.5% decrease from the 49.8 million riyal loss in the same quarter last year. This follows the company’s announcement of preliminary financial results for the period ending September 30, 2024 (nine months).
The operating loss in Q3 stood at 38.2 million riyals, down from 46.1 million riyals in the same quarter of the previous year, reflecting a 17.2% decrease. Net losses for the nine-month period were 29.3 million riyals, marking a significant 69% reduction from the 95 million riyal loss recorded in the same period last year.
The loss per share for the current period was 1.25 riyals, compared to 4.04 riyals in the same period last year.
