Mouwasat Approves Bylaw Amendment on Company Management

Mouwasat Medical Services Co. announced on Tuesday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) held on Monday, where it was agreed to amend Article (15) of the bylaws related to the management of the company.

The rest of the voting results on the assembly’s agenda were as follows:

– Approval of the election of Dr. Abdullah Saghaier Al Hussaini as a member of the Board of Directors for the vacant seat from among the candidates for the current session, which began on Jan. 04, 2023, and will end on Jan. 03, 2026, following the approval of the first agenda item.
