MIS Signs SAR 125.7 Million Agreement with Edarat for Sahyab Project Support Services

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced on Sunday that it has signed an agreement with Edarat Communications and Information Technology Co. (Edarat) for a value of 125.7 million riyals to provide support and assistance services for data centre facilities for (Sahyab) projects.

MIS explained that the duration of the agreement is 3 years, indicating that it owns 30% of (Edarat) capital.

This comes in reference to MIS’s announcement on the Tadawul website on June 23, 2024 regarding its award of a contract to Edarat with a total value of 125,773,752 Saudi riyals (including Value-Added Tax (VAT).
