Miral Announces Building Lease in Riyadh for SAR 12.4 Million to Establish Dental Clinics

Miral Medical Clinics announces on Monday, November 18, 2024 the lease of a new branch in Riyadh, Al-Rabie District, King Abdulaziz Road. The facility will serve as a dental clinic offering a range of treatment, care, and cosmetic dentistry services. The lease agreement spans nine years at a total cost of SAR 12.4 million, inclusive of VAT.

The annual rent for the first three years is set at SAR 1.2 million, increasing to SAR 1.3 million for the subsequent three years, and SAR 1.5 million for the final three years, all inclusive of VAT.

The company stated that this expansion aligns with its future vision and growth strategy in Riyadh, aiming to enhance its operational performance and extend its distinctive services to a broader audience across Saudi Arabia.
