Maharah Human Resources Co. announced on Sunday the issuance of a Board of Directors’ resolution, passed on November 9, 2024, appointing Mr. Suleiman bin Nasser Al-Hetlan as a member of the Board of Directors to fill a vacant position. This appointment is effective from the date of the resolution and will continue until the end of the current Board session. The appointment will be presented to the General Assembly at its next meeting.
Mr. Suleiman bin Nasser Al-Hetlan brings over 25 years of experience in management, finance, and investment. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of California, USA, and has served in several prominent roles, including memberships on boards of directors and committees.
