Jarir Marketing BOD decides to distribute 26% Cash Dividends for Q3

Jarir Marketing Company announced the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the third quarter of 2024, with a total distributed amount of 312 million riyals, with the share’s share of the distribution being 0.26 riyals, and a distribution ratio to the nominal share value of 26%. The company said in a statement that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 1,200 million shares, and the distribution date will be November 20.
