European STOXX 600 opens higher, set for weekly gain
Tech stocks led gains in Europe on Tuesday, with the benchmark hitting a one-week high and set for its first weekly gain in five as selling pressure eased.
The pan-European STOXX 600 index was up 0.6 percent by 0815 GMT, set for a second day of gains after a four-day losing streak.
