European stocks up, boosted by record highs on Wall Street
European stock markets started the week on Monday higher, boosted by record highs on Wall Street and expectations of a rate cut by the US Federal Reserve.
Germany’s DAX rose 1.1%, France’s CAC 40 rose 0.9%, and the UK’s FTSE 100 rose 0.8%.
