Derayah REIT Approves Q3 Cash Distribution of SAR 0.070 per Unit

Derayah Financial Company announced on Tuesday cash distribution for the unit holders of the Derayah REIT Fund for the entitlement duration for the third quarter of 2024, in the amount of 7.5 million riyals, equivalent to 0.76% of the Net Assets Value.

The number of existing units on which the cash distributions will be based is 107.5 million riyals, at 0.070 riyals per unit.

It indicated that the distributions will be paid within 30 working days from the entitlement date, which will be on Jan. 16, 2025.
