Dec. 15: Afak Food Assembly to Vote on Amending Article on Company Purposes
The Board of Directors of Afak Food Company announced on Thursday its invitation to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) scheduled to be held on Dec. 15, 2024.
According to the company’s statement on “Tadawul”, a vote will be held on amending Article (3) of the Articles of Association related to the company’s purposes.
