Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) reported an 11.7% growth in net profit for the third quarter of 2024, reaching SAR 328.1 million compared to SAR 293.6 million in the same quarter last year. This follows the announcement of the interim financial results for the period ending September 30, 2024 (nine months).
Operating profit for the third quarter amounted to SAR 547.2 million, marking a 37.4% increase from SAR 398.2 million in the same period of the previous year.
However, the company’s net profit for the nine-month period stood at SAR 867.6 million, a 14.8% decrease compared to SAR 1.01 billion in the same period last year. Earnings per share for the current period were SAR 1.82, down from SAR 2.12 in the same period last year.
