Banan Announces Publication of Main Market Transition Document
Banan Real Estate Co. announced on Wednesday the publication of the transition document for the process of transferring the company’s shares from the parallel market to the main market with a capital of 200 million Saudi riyals and 200 million shares.
This came in reference to the approval of the Saudi Tadawul Group on the company’s request from the parallel market to the main market.
