Bahraini-Saudi Business Council discusses facilitating customs procedures for transporting goods and investment opportunities

The Bahraini-Saudi Business Council discussed facilitating customs procedures for transporting goods and investment opportunities in the two countries, in conjunction with the Gulf Gateway Investment Forum, in the presence of Eng. Khalid Al-Falih, Minister of Investment, and chaired by Abdulrahman Al-Ateshan and Samir Nass in Manama.

The second edition of the Gulf Gateway Forum 2024 was inaugurated today, Sunday, which is organized by the Economic Development Board during the period from the third to the fourth of this November, with the wide participation of senior officials, experts and business leaders from the Kingdom, the region and countries of the world.

The second edition of the Gulf Gateway Forum 2024 began with a discussion session entitled ‘Investing for Resilience in a Rapidly Changing Global Reality’, in which Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Minister of Investment, and Lord Jerry Grimstone, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gemcorp Capital participated.

This was followed by a discussion session entitled ‘Shaping the Future Economic Features’, in which Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri, Cabinet Member and Minister of Economy of the UAE, spoke.
