AZM Submits 2024 BOD Report to Meet Main Market Transition Requirements

Saudi AZM for Communications and Information Technology Co. announced on Wednesday that it has disclosed the Board of Directors’ Report for 2024, including the information required under the relevant implementing regulations, in order to meet the requirements of Paragraph (k) of Article Forty-Four (44) of the Listing Rules related to the conditions for transitioning to the Main Market.

It indicated that the Board of Directors’ Report for 2024 was presented and discussed during the company’s General Assembly held on 10-03-2024.

This came in line with the requirements of Paragraph (k) of Article Forty-Four (44) of the Listing Rules, which includes disclosing to the public the Board of Directors’ Report, provided that it includes the information required under the relevant implementing regulations, before submitting the request to transition to the Main Market.
