Arabian Drilling Extends Long-Term Contract for SAR 290 Million Onshore Drilling Rig

Arabian Drilling Company, one of the major national onshore and offshore drilling contractors in Saudi Arabia, announced on Wednesday the extension of a long-term contract for an onshore drilling rig operating with Saudi Aramco for SAR 290 million.

The company stated that this contract will extend for five years, starting immediately after the current contract comes to an end in the last quarter of this year.

In this context, Eng. Ghassan Mirdad, CEO of Arabian Drilling, commented: “Once again, we are very pleased with the latest Aramco contract extension which is yet another multi-year tenure. This is a reflection of the ongoing long term partnership with Saudi Aramco. We look forward to servicing Aramco with the same dedication and passion.”
