Arab Sea Cancels IT Managed Services Project Competition with Madinah Development Authority

Arab Sea Information Systems Company announced on Sunday, November 17, 2023, that it had received Decision No. (614/D1446/1) from the General Secretariat of the Government Tenders and Procurement Committees. The decision mandated the cancellation of the competition for the IT Managed Services Project with the Madinah Region Development Authority.

The company stated that the cancellation was due to the inability to rectify procedural violations related to the system’s provisions. This action followed a grievance filed by one of the competitors, which highlighted issues with decisions made by the government entity before or during the project awarding process.
